Is Joining the VIP Club Free?

Absolutely yes! All you need to do is sign up on our website and start earning points on your purchases – and in other fun ways too.

How Do I Join the VIP Vlinks Club?

It’s very simple – once you sign up on the website, you’re automatically enrolled in the VIP Vlinks Club.

You can also register quickly with your Google or Apple account.

How Do I Earn Points?

You earn one point for every shekel you spend on the site.

You can also collect points by following us on Instagram or TikTok, sharing on Facebook, adding your birthday, leaving a review on our site, and when your friends shop with the special referral link we provide.

How Do I Redeem My Points?

Redeeming your points is quick and easy! On the Club Member page, you can convert your points into a coupon. Copy the coupon code you receive and apply it at checkout to pay less!

You can redeem a minimum of 200 points and a maximum of 2000 points per order.

Points can be redeemed together with promotional coupons published on the site or with a gift card, and do not conflict with or cancel site-issued coupon codes or gift cards.

The welcome coupon for new members cannot be combined with any other coupons.

Club points and the welcome coupon also cannot be combined with influencer discount codes.

Can I Earn & Redeem Points at the TLV Mall Store in Tel Aviv?

Yes! When shopping at the physical store in the TLV Mall, you can both earn and redeem club points.

Just let the sales associate know you’re a club member, and they’ll link the purchase to your account.

How Can I Share My Reward With Friends?

On the Club page, you’ll find a link you can share via WhatsApp with as many friends as you’d like, giving them 15% off their first purchase.

Once they enter through your link, they’ll receive a discount code to apply at checkout.

After they place their first order, you’ll receive 300 points for each friend who shops with us through your referral link.

Can I Collect Points From Purchases Made Before I Joined the Club?

No, points start accumulating only from the moment you join the club.

I Updated My Birthday – When Will I Receive My Birthday Points?

If your birthday is more than 30 days after your registration date, you’ll receive 250 points on your birthday.

If your birthday falls within 30 days of registering, you’ll receive your 250 points 30 days after your registration date.

I Followed on Social Media But Didn’t Receive Points

To earn points, click on the black square for the action you’d like: Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, and follow.

If you’re already following, simply clicking the square is enough to receive the points.

If I Return Items, Do My Points Stay?

Since you earn 1 point for every ₪1 you spend, you’ll also lose 1 point for every ₪1 you return.

I Placed an Order But Didn’t Receive My Points

Points are earned only on orders placed through the website using credit card, Bit, Apple Pay, or Google Pay – and only when you’re logged into your account.

If you’re not logged in, points will not be added, so make sure to sign in before placing an order.

Also, when paying with a gift card you received as a gift, points cannot be earned.

However, when purchasing a gift card for a friend while logged into your account, you can earn points.

Do My Points Expire?

Points are valid for 6 months. They will reset if no purchase is made within 6 consecutive months.

You can check your points’ validity in your rewards history when logged into your account.

– Express home delivery: 1–3 business days

– Orders over ₪499: Free express delivery

Returns & Exchanges

– Returns & exchanges within 14 business days, provided the item is not damaged

– The first exchange for each order is free with home pickup within 5 business days

– Any additional exchanges cost ₪35 with home pickup

How Many Times Can I Exchange an Item Free of Charge Online?

One free exchange is allowed per order.

You can exchange items from your order with free home pickup once per order only, so please make sure to include all relevant items in that exchange.

Any additional exchanges will cost ₪35.

Can I Exchange at the Same Time the Courier Collects My Items?

Yes, you can make the exchange at the same time. When the courier arrives with your replacement items, simply give them the items you’d like to return. The exchange will be completed as long as the returned product meets the return conditions.

Return/Exchange Conditions:

– Contact our customer service

– The product must be collected from you and received at our warehouse

– Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned

– Returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached, unused, and undamaged

– The label and security tag that came with the item must remain intact

Will not be accepted:

– Items that have been washed or tumble dried

– Items covered in pet or human hair

– Items with strong odors (smoke, perfume, cleaning agents)

– Items with deodorant marks or other stains

Can I Change My Address After Placing an Order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been handed over to the courier company.

How Can I Track My Order Status?

If you placed an order without creating an account, you’ll receive email updates about your order status. Once you get an email with a tracking number, you can track your package on the courier company’s website.

If you placed your order with a registered account, you can check your order status anytime on our site. After logging in, click on “My Account” and select “My Orders” to see all the details of your past and current orders.

Some Emails Are Not Being Received After Purchase or Newsletter Sign-Up

I signed up for newsletters on the site / made a purchase, but I still haven’t received any emails. Why?

If you’re using Gmail, make sure our newsletters are delivered to your Primary inbox and not to the Promotions tab, where they can get lost among hundreds of marketing emails.

To avoid missing out on our latest updates and offers, we recommend following these steps (see the attached step-by-step video for guidance):

– Mark our newsletter in your inbox

– Right-click on the newsletter email

– Select “Move to Tab” and choose Primary

From now on, all of our newsletters will go directly to your main inbox.

Do I Need to Create an Account to Place an Order?

There’s no need to create an account to place an order. The details you enter at checkout are used for sending your invoice and delivering your package.
