Returns & Exchanges Policy

– Up to 14 business days from the day the items are received by the customer, provided the product has not been damaged.
– The first exchange on every order is free of charge with home courier service (within up to 5 business days).
– Any additional exchanges will incur a cost of ₪35 with home courier service.
– Received items and wish to exchange or return them for any reason? No problem.
– Exchanges are carried out via courier to your doorstep, coordinated directly with our customer service.
– The courier will arrive at your address within 5 business days from the moment your exchange request is approved. If the returned items meet the return conditions, the courier will collect the items you’re returning and provide you with the replacement items you requested.
Partial refunds:
In case of partial cancellation (returning only part of your order), once the returned items are received in our warehouse, you will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the item price or ₪100 (whichever is lower), as well as a delivery fee of ₪25 for the courier collection.
Full order cancellation after shipment:
If the order has already been shipped and is returned, you will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₪100 (whichever is lower), and minus the ₪25 courier collection fee.
Full order cancellation before shipment:
If the order has not yet been shipped, you will be refunded for the items and shipping, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₪100 (whichever is lower).
Important notes:
– We are not responsible for items lost if sent back via Israel Post or any method not coordinated by us.
– No refund will be given for items received free of charge (gifts or promotions).
– Refunds cannot be issued to direct debit (debit) cards. In such cases, store credit (gift card for online use only) will be provided.
– Refunds cannot be issued to cards reported lost or stolen. In such cases, a store credit (gift card) will be provided.
– Gift card purchases can be canceled within 14 days, provided the card has not been redeemed, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
– Exchanges to a different item are calculated according to the discounts available on the site at the time of exchange. Please note: personal coupons or reward points cannot be applied during exchanges.
– Exchanges for the same item in a different size or color will be calculated according to the discount applied at the time of the original purchase.
Return / Exchange Process

Contact us on WhatsApp at 053-360-8550 and specify which items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.

A customer service representative will answer all your questions.

You will be able to return/exchange items via courier collection from your home, coordinated in advance by our logistics partner.

Once the items are received in our warehouse (within 7–14 business days from collection) and provided they meet the return conditions, you will receive your refund, store credit, or exchange items as requested.
Return / Exchange Conditions
Items will not be accepted if:
– They are missing the original tag/label.
– They have makeup marks, deodorant stains, or other visible marks.
– They have been washed or tumble-dried.
– They are covered in pet or human hair.
– They carry strong odors (smoke, perfume, cleaning agents).
– Tops are returned without the removable padding included.
– Bottles, cups, or accessories have been used or are not in their original packaging.
– Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, with original tags and labels attached, and in perfect condition with no damage.
If an item is returned without meeting these conditions, no refund will be issued and the item will be shipped back to you with an additional shipping fee.
